Returns are NOT accepted on products that will be customized, such as carpets, hallway runners, lawn carpets, floor mats, curtain rods, as well as products ordered specifically for you. Additionally, they are NOT accepted on products that are discounted, as well as on products purchased at a discount during the periods of Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other discount periods.
Returning products are accepted under specific circumstances. These are as follows:
- In the event that the product you have received is defective or of low quality, with proof that it lies in the responsibility of ecarpets.gr.
- In the event that ecarpets.gr sent you the wrong products and not those which you ordered.
In all the circumstances above, the customer can return their products, but it must take place in seven (7) calendar days, since the day they received them. Products must be returned in the condition they were delivered, whole, with no defects, in their original packaging, with all the documents and the original proof of purchase. If the return does not take place in the time designated, or one of the return conditions is not taken into consideration ecarpets.gr is entitled not to accept the products and not replace them.
In the event that the conditions are fulfilled for returning a product and it is accepted, the customer is entitled to a credit note for the purchase of another product / other products of the same value.
For any return, the customer is charged only with shipping charges, whereas ecarpets.gr is charged with return expenses to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to return a product, you need to contact us initially by phone.
Procedure of Returning Products
If you have first contacted ecarpets.gr, by phone, please package and parcel the product / products. Inside the parcel, please place a document, in which you notify us of the method with which you would like us to resolve the financial issue, under the conditions of course that the product fulfils the conditions of return, or the new product you would like us to send you. In case the parcel arrives to us and there is proof that the conditions of return have not been fulfilled, the product will not be accepted, as has been explained above. It will be returned to the customer and they will be charged with the delivery expenses.
We would like to remind you that for any return, the customer is charged only with shipping charges, whereas ecarpets.gr is charged with return expenses to the customer.
